My journey into wellness was deeply personal.
After experiencing scoliosis, chronic pain, fertility struggles, endometriosis, restrictive dieting, excessive exercise and psoriasis, I realised that healing doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from learning how to truly support yourself.
Through faith, mindfulness, nourishment, and movement that honoured my body, I slowly rebuilt my health and confidence.
Now, my passion is helping other women do the same.
As a mother myself, I understand the exhaustion, mental load, and pressure women carry daily, and I believe you deserve support that feels compassionate, realistic, and empowering.
