Re-Align Package

(6 sessions with flexibility to be completed over 8 weeks | All sessions are online (Zoom or video call)

  • Blood sugar balancing principles implemented

  • Weekly food diary review

  • Personal health and planning, to meet your specific body needs, life situation and environment

  • Foundational habit building

  • 6x 60 minute weekly one on one coaching sessions and ending with 1x final summary and consolidation session - 6 weeks complete

Caroline is an amazing lady with a lot of patience and listening skills. 

Her methods as a health coach is to understand her clients and their needs.  She asks the right questions, and makes you think of how you can switch and change your mind into thinking and making better healthier choices. With our weekly sessions she gave me new suggestions on how to make myself stronger, fitter and eating healthier food. I strongly believe that Caroline’s main ingredient is to never judge her clients if they would fall of the “wagon”. She will start to uplift you by reminding me why I want to get healthy and live this lifestyle.  Caroline always motivates her clients and make them believe that we can be better, happier and stronger people, when you are at your lowest.

 

Caroline has a huge amount of knowledge on nutrition and health. She is an extraordinary Pilates instructor, which I attend every week. She has the skills and passion to work with people and make them feel comfortable and trust her to get into a healthy program.  Her work is very confidential with her clients and is she a very trustworthy person in that regards.

Rediscover the true and empowered you.

My journey into wellness was deeply personal.

After experiencing scoliosis, chronic pain, fertility struggles, endometriosis, restrictive dieting, excessive exercise and psoriasis, I realised that healing doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from learning how to truly support yourself.

Through faith, mindfulness, nourishment, and movement that honoured my body, I slowly rebuilt my health and confidence.

Now, my passion is helping other women do the same.

As a mother myself, I understand the exhaustion, mental load, and pressure women carry daily, and I believe you deserve support that feels compassionate, realistic, and empowering.
